IT IS NECESSARY THAT YOU RETAIN YOUR BILL OF SALE OR PROOF OF PURCHASE IN ORDER TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE.
90 Day Warranty & Return Policy
We warrant that if anything goes wrong with your ANTENNACRAFT® Antenna within 90 days of purchase, and it is a manufacturing defect, we will repair the unit or replace it at no cost. This warranty excludes all costs arising from installation, removal, reinstallation or setup, transportation to and from the dealer, and damage resulting from accident, neglect, or severe weather, such as high winds, lightning, ice or other natural occurrences beyond the control of Antennacraft. In addition, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are not covered. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. To obtain warranty service, please do the following:
Note: Conventional element-style antennas may not be returned.
1. Call 800-553-2377 for a Return Authorization Number
2. Package the unit properly to prevent damage/include all parts.
3. Items shipped without all original parts are subject to a $20 fee and/or the item will be returned to you "As Received". We must have all parts to determine the problem.
Any returns made for other than warranty service within 90 days. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee. The product must be sent back prepaid, with proof-of-purchase. All parts must be saleable and in good condition.
When returning for repair: First, call us for a return authorization number. Enclose your name, home phone number, daytime phone number, email address, return ship address, proof of purchase and a description of the problem. You may be contacted by phone or email for more information about the product’s malfunction. If found not to be defective, there will be a fee of $20 for servicing plus shipping costs.

OUT-OF-WARRANTY SERVICE (after 90 days)
In the event your ANTENNACRAFT® product should fail after the 90 day limited warranty period, the ANTENNACRAFT® Service Center will either repair the non-functioning unit at a minimum of $20 plus parts and shipping charges back to your location. Before the actual repair process is started, we will contact you for further information. If you decline to have the product repaired, and would like it returned, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
